The Brand - Cloudhrm.my

In 2015, there was an idea by the founder, Chris Thoo to create an internal management system to help automate internal company activities and reduce manual paperwork. He and his team explored and made researches and finally, the earliest version of Cloudhrm.my, which was only known as an HR Software by Prolific Scope Sdn Bhd was launched in 2016. In 2019, the HR Software has been given a brand name - Cloudhrm.my as an identity to seek better attention for all business owners in Malaysia.

Why we built Cloudhrm.my?

Cloudhrm.my was developed to help progressive HR professionals take advantage of modern technology, and make a meaningful impact on the success of their organisation. We know how frustrating it is to spend unavoidable time on HR activities. Hence, we decided to build Cloudhrm.my as a digital software that can help reduce those painful HR processes.

Our Strong Believe

We strongly believe in the concept of a paperless & automated office environment. While many may still agree with the conventional method of printing and keeping hardcopies for HR activities, we are in a mission to educate and share with business owners why it is much beneficial for the company to digitally transform their HR Department.

Technology should help HR make smarter decisions

Technology should use the insights it gathers from big data, to provide individual HR professionals with expert advice, based on HR best-practice. This can help HR make smarter, evidence-based decisions.

Technology should be clearly price marked

Technology companies should publish their prices for everybody to see. If pricing is fair, then why hide it? You should be able to make a financial assessment without being forced to speak to a pushy salesperson first.

Technology should not make HR more complicated

Technology is meant to make our lives easier. So we believe that HR software should not complicate matters by forcing us to re-learn how to do our jobs. It should be easy to learn with no technical knowledge.

Technology can bring employees together

Technology connects friends and families, and it can connect your workforce, too. We believe employees should be engaged with each other, and engaged with their own personal information.

HR should have friendly experts to talk to

We all have questions, and sometimes we need to ask an expert. The best technology providers are on-hand to answer questions big and small, and are delighted to share their expertise with their customers and clients.

Chief Product Officer
Chris leads product management, design, and marketing functions globally. He is responsible for all of the core products and features.

Susan is CFO at Pursuit, where she leads the finance, facilities, and information technology teams across all locations nationwide.
